This service is arranged by 08000 HelpMe Ltd (08000 HelpMe) and delivered by one of the UK's leading lifestyle management and concierge providers. 08000 HelpMe is the essential "one call sorts its all" service should you ever suffer the distressing experience of losing your mobile phone, credit cards or keys, or worse, they are stolen. Not only is there the cost and time involved in contacting your mobile phone airtime provider, your banks and credit card companies. Do you know the number of a local locksmith, especially if you're locked out of your house?
Become a member of 08000 HelpMe, and in the event of emergency, simply call the freephone number of 08000 435763 (which spells HelpMe on any telephone key pad) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and 08000 HelpMe can:
- Help notify your airtime provider so that your mobile phone is disabled
- Cancel any lost or stolen credit, debit and charge cards
- Arrange for a local locksmith to help you back into your home
- Arrange transport to help you get home in an emergency
- Get messages to family or friends to make them aware of your situation
- Help you in a medical emergency
- Arrange to get to you emergency funds
And while you are away we can also:

Assist in the replacement of Passports, Traveller's Cheques or travel tickets

Assist in getting you help in a medical emergency, organise an interpreter or even arrange to put you in touch with a lawyer
Lost or Stolen: If cash, traveller's cheques, credit/debit cards or passport are lost or stolen, we can arrange for you to receive emergency cash, cancel your credit/debit cards and also help you with the bureaucracy involved in getting your passport or other papers replaced.
Mobile Phone: If you lose your mobile phone or it is stolen, we will provide assistance in reporting the loss or theft of your mobile phone by reporting the loss or theft on your behalf to your network provider*. Currently, this service is only available in respect of the following network operators: Vodafone, Orange, 02, T-Mobile. 3 Mobile and Virgin. *A maximum of 3 attempts will be made.
Get Home Fast: In the event of an emergency, we can arrange for transport to get you home. This could include provision of an executive or chauffeur driven car service. If you are overseas we can advise of the first available flights home (and may also assist you in making a reservation and the issuing of tickets) and if necessary arrange for the hire of a car to get you home. We can even arrange for overnight accommodation to be booked if no alternatives can be found that day.
Locksmith Service: We will provide assistance to you if you need a locksmith in the event of your keys being lost or stolen, by providing you with information and contact details of locksmiths. However, if you are unable to contact the locksmith yourself, we can liaise directly with the locksmith on your behalf.
Get A Message Home: We can also arrange for you to get a message home* to your friends and relatives, letting them know where or how you are. *A maximum of 6 attempts will be made.
Emergency Interpretation: Having a communication crisis with locals in another country, or even just struggling to order at a restaurant, we can help you get access to interpreters who will assist you in talking to the people around you.
